What's New???

Hello Friends -

Again - we are terrible at keeping up this blog but here is a bit of news that is a really too much to share on Facebook!
  • We're still alive and kicking with TONS of exciting and adorable new items in our Home Decor room.  Check out Facebook for a few photos.
  • Two Super Sales going on this week - 25% off all Andrea/Sadek porcelain - that includes our popular children's Tea Sets and ladies Tea for One sets.   AND all Melissa and Doug dolls are 25% off!  Baby dolls, princess dolls, bride dolls and over 8 varieties of magnetic dress-up dolls!  A few photos below.
  • We "bought" the Fairview Mill to keep it from being torn down.  We're making payments on it and trying to find a way to repair it (we have NO money right now) and later put it to good use.  Check out the Mill blog HERE
  • We're helping to liquidate an estate and will make a small percentage to put toward mill repairs.  You can find out more about this Estate Sale  >>> Find fairview yard sales on yardsalesearch.com
  • Efforts to help Sanpete Sub-for-Santa are already underway.  We don't want to take away from donations for the child's main present (usually a $25 contribution) but hoped we could raise 1100 books by September so EACH of Sanpete Sub-for-Santa's nearly 1000 kids can have a new - or like new - age-appropriate book for Christmas.  So far we have had around 300 books donated!!!   Find out more here -  St. Nick's Sanpete Book Drive
So, yes, we could use a bit more help - whether with the book drive, the mill or Sub-for-Santa in general.  We'll be honest - any volunteer help would be appreciated.  It's hard to see needs in the area and not try to do something and, if we try, maybe we can combine efforts no matter what church or club we belong to.

We hope everyone is having a GREAT Spring!!!  Come see us this Saturday at 60 S. State Street (9:00 am) for a fun estate sale (rain or shine) and a list of all the other yard/garage sales we know of in the area.  Check out the link above for more info!  Thanks!!
